Property Profile
A Property Profile is a short report intended to provide the following information on a specific property:

1. Property information - A one page summary including the ownership of the property, the tax information, and structural information.
   
   
2. Copy of the last conveyance - This is a copy of the document(s) by which the present owner(s) acquired title.
   
   
3. Liens - A summary of the monetary liens that are specifically recorded against the property.
   
   
4. Map - A copy of the tax plat map of the property.

Tax Information
Tax information includes the assessed values and real property tax status for the current fiscal year.

Copy of Last Conveyance
A full copy of the last recorded conveyance documents by which the owner(s) apparently acquired title. No guarantee is intended, nor should any be assumed,
