The following services are provided with each re-sale transaction
Home Inspection/Home Warranty CompanyThis may contribute to a buyer's peace of mind with his/her purchase. A detailed inspection may be made of the potential real estate purchace covering every aspect of the home and may include the foundation and basement, central heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, roof, walls, ceiling, floors, windows, doors, major appliances, etc. A Coordinator may also assist in ordering a home warranty as requested.

Surveyor/Staking Company
A parcel of land which becomes the object of a sale, a lease, or the security of an obligation that must be properly identified or described, usually through survey or staking as may be required by the sales contract. The Tax Map Key is most commonly used in the State of Hawaii. All property is mapped and indexed numerically by the county in order to identify each individual piece of property for tax purposes.
Termite Inspector/Treatment
The Coordinator may schedule a termite inspector as required by the sales contract.
a termite inspection address only visible evidence of active termite infestation and visible damage in accessible areas. Treatment includes tenting for drywood termites and/or ground treatment for subterranean termites and is paid by the seller.
Cleaning (Interior/Exterior)If elected, the Seller shall, at seller's expense, clean the interior of the improvements (including appliances, floors, carpets, windows, jalousies and screens). The Seller would also be required to remove trash and brush from the property.
Condominium/Leasehold Documents/Building Permit Packages
This is usually requested by the seller's realtor. Condominium documents, leasehold documents and building permit packages may be obtained through escrow and delivered to the cooperating realtor. There is no upfront cost to the requestor, and document costs are charged to the responsible party upon closing
